About Caroline H. McKinley

I have always strived to help my fellow man and throughout my real estate career my goal has been to provide my clients the best personal service making their transaction flawless. I have been a full time Realtor for more than 20 years and a consistent top producer. I have served on the High Point Board of Realtors as a Director and chaired several committees. During my first years in the business I was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and have earned several real estate designations. Continuing education is very important in the ever-changing world of real estate and I attend classes on a regular basis. I purchased TLR in August of 2015 and expanded our property management division. Our landlords and tenants are provided exceptional care for all their needs. My team is tasked with treating all our clients “like family”!

My greatest joy in life are my two wonderful sons. They both live in Charlotte and the youngest attends UNC Charlotte. I enjoy traveling, baking and reading all types of books. I own several rental properties and my profession offers me the opportunity to acquire properties which I can renovate, (another love of mine).

My strength lies in my love for people, a strong work ethic and being surrounded by a fantastic team. I enjoy what I do and that is reflected in the number of referrals I receive from previous clients.
